By accessing or using the CineVault website, mobile applications, or Smart TV applications, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using the platform.
2. Disclaimer & Content Indexing
CineVault does not host, upload, store, or stream media files on its servers. All content metadata is retrieved from public online databases, and video streams are indexed from independent, non-affiliated third-party providers. CineVault is an indexing directory and user interface client; we do not control third-party video hosts or stream availability.
3. DMCA & Copyright Compliance
CineVault respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted content is being indexed or referenced improperly, please contact the third-party file hosting providers directly, as they host the actual media streams. Upon receiving formal notification, we will remove matching index links from our directory in accordance with DMCA guidelines.
4. Limitation of Liability
CineVault is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind. CineVault and its developers shall not be held liable for any damages or interruptions resulting from third-party server downtime, network issues, or external stream content.
