1. Content Indexing & Non-Hosting Notice
CineVault operates strictly as an automated media search engine and content index. CineVault does not host, store, stream, record, or upload any video files, media archives, or copyrighted material on any of its servers. All video streams, movie embeds, and media links accessible through this platform are hosted by independent, non-affiliated third-party file providers and external servers.
CineVault has no control over the content served by third-party providers and cannot accept liability for external media content.
2. Copyright Takedown Request (DMCA)
If you are a copyright owner or an authorized agent thereof and believe that any content linked on CineVault infringes upon your copyright rights, please submit a formal takedown request directly to the external third-party host storing the file.
Removing a link from CineVault will not remove the source video from the internet. To permanently remove content from the web, takedown requests must be sent to the actual file host or CDN storing the media files.
3. Inquiries & Index Link Removal
For legitimate inquiries regarding index link removals from CineVault's search directory, copyright owners may provide the following information:
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
- Exact URLs on CineVault where the link is displayed.
- Contact information including full legal name, email address, and physical address.
- A statement certifying that you are the copyright owner or authorized representative.
